Richemont CRM Manager

- Define and sustain a healthy and active customer base to ensure business sustainability and growth.
- Develop and implement the client engagement strategy in Japan to enhance client recruitment, loyalty, and satisfaction.
- Manage and execute customer loyalty initiatives, including email campaigns, client gifts, events, and VIP treatments.
- Coordinate activities with various departments such as Boutiques, Retail, Marketing, and PR, as well as HQ.
- Collaborate with the global team to update and implement improvements in the CRM APP for the Japanese market.
- Measure and analyze the impact of CRM-related events, providing recommendations for future initiatives.
- Manage new customer recruitment projects, including partnerships with external entities.
- Analyze customer data to understand profiles and build key performance indicators for CRM actions.
- Ensure compliance with Richemont's privacy policy and related legal requirements, acting as the main contact for personal information topics.
- Lead the improvement and efficient use of the Clienteling tool in Japan, enriching individual contact plans for sales associates.
- Develop and implement client treatment strategies, including customized plans for events and gifting to enhance client relationships.
- Over 2 years of experience in CRM, Client Engagement, or Clienteling within the luxury fashion industry.
- Experience in client-facing roles.
- Strong analytical skills combined with creative thinking and business acumen.
- Native-level English proficiency and business-level Japanese skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
