Richemont Country Manager
Richemont is a leading global luxury goods group comprising a portfolio of maisons across jewellery, watches, leather goods and writing instruments. - Define and execute the country commercial strategy to maximise revenue, margin and market share across Richemont maisons.
- Own full P&L responsibility for the country, delivering against sales, margin and budgetary targets.
- Lead and develop the local leadership team; recruit talent, set performance objectives, and drive a high-performance, client-centric culture.
- Manage and optimise the retail and wholesale network (owned boutiques, franchise partners and key accounts), including store performance, lease and partner relations.
- Coordinate cross‑functional plans with marketing, visual merchandising, product, supply chain and e‑commerce to ensure consistent brand positioning and sell‑through.
- Drive inventory, markdown and working capital discipline while protecting brand integrity and service standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with key external stakeholders, including distributors, franchisees, landlords and government/regulatory bodies.
- Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to global headquarters on assortment, pricing, launches and localised initiatives.
- Proven track record of senior leadership in luxury goods or premium retail with P&L accountability.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi‑channel retail and wholesale networks in India or comparable markets.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in forecasting, budgeting and margin management.
- Exceptional people leadership and talent development skills, with experience building high‑performing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills with channel partners and landlords.

Typically 10+ years of progressive experience within luxury or premium retail, including several years in country, regional or national leadership roles with direct P&L responsibility and experience managing retail and wholesale channels.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or equivalent; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
