Richemont Corporate Trainee

- Participate in a two-year management trainee program with job rotation across various departments.
- Gain foundational retail experience in Richemont boutiques during the first year.
- Develop expertise in Human Resources, Customer Service, or Logistics in the second year.
- Support the growth of Richemont's maisons through strategic guidance and risk prevention.
- Contribute to the back-office support of Richemont's 18 maisons.
- Eligible to graduate by March 2026 from an undergraduate or graduate program.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese (N1 level for non-native speakers).
- TOEIC score of 800 or equivalent English proficiency.
- Legal authorization to work in Japan.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to execute business needs effectively.
No prior experience required; suitable for new graduates.
Bachelor's or Master's degree expected by March 2026.
