Richemont Corporate Legal Counsel

- Draft, review, and coordinate legal documentation, including resolutions, minutes, agreements, and governance-related documents.
- Collaborate with Group functions such as Treasury, Tax, Finance, and HR to ensure legal consistency and compliance.
- Liaise with external advisers and legal service providers.
- Manage company secretarial activities and statutory registers for Luxembourg and other jurisdictions, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate and organize board, audit, and shareholder meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, minute-taking, approvals, and filings.
- Oversee legal aspects of capital contributions, liquidations, mergers, and management changes.
- Ensure the use of legal technology and contribute to knowledge management tools.
- Update corporate databases and structure charts.
- Support and complete KYC requirements and documentation.
- Provide legal advice and support for cross-border projects and corporate governance initiatives.
- Act as a Q&A resource for Luxembourg and other jurisdictions' legal matters.
- Legal advisory expertise in Luxembourg and multinational/cross-border corporate governance.
- Company secretarial expertise.
- Strong drafting skills for governance and finance-related agreements.

- Stakeholder management and attention to detail.
- Analytical skills and adaptability.
- Collaborative mindset.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English; other languages are a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, project management tools, and legal tech solutions.

Proven experience in corporate legal advisory, particularly within multinational and cross-border contexts.
Law degree from a recognized institution.
