Richemont Compensation and Benefits Manager

- Serve as the custodian of the job evaluation framework, maintaining the grading structure for the MEIA region.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to analyze compensation trends and maintain competitive pay structures.
- Manage the annual Compensation Review, including updating salary bands, merit budget recommendations, and bonus plan costing by region.
- Administer employee benefits programs and collect data for benefits surveys to support the organization's Total Rewards programs.
- Collaborate with HR functions to ensure integration of compensation and benefits programs with other HR processes.
- Maintain knowledge of local labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with legislative changes related to compensation and benefits.
- Enhance and improve compensation and benefits policies to meet business requirements and industry needs.
- Utilize rewards analytics to enhance process accuracy and speed of rewards operations through digitization and process optimization.
- Support the implementation of the recognition program in alignment with the company's Total Rewards strategy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits.
- Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain concepts concisely and accurately.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an aptitude for data and strong analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset and learning agility.
- Ability to prioritize work and solve problems independently under pressure.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years in compensation and benefits, with extensive knowledge of relevant programs and legislation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources.
