Richemont Clienteling Product Management Intern

1. Collect, consolidate, and analyze Maison requests for clienteling product enhancements.
2. Assist in preparing prioritization ceremonies with Maisons and technical teams to define the product evolution roadmap.
3. Support the Senior Product Owner, UX/UI team, and Technical team in designing and monitoring the development of changes and new features.
4. Ensure proper feature delivery aligns with business requirements.
5. Support and follow up on bugs identified by the Maisons.
6. Collaborate with the Change and Adoption team to promote end-user adoption by maintaining up-to-date and user-friendly documentation.
7. Propose complementary initiatives and best practices to ensure consistency and end-user satisfaction in feature development.

1. First experience in client relationship and engagement topics or retail.
2. Experience in product management, ideally as a Product Owner or Proxy Product Owner.

1. Agility and flexibility with a strong team spirit.
2. Organizational and project coordination skills.
3. Fluency in English; French proficiency is advantageous.
4. Sensitivity to the luxury and retail sectors.
5. Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Salesforce (Service Cloud), and project planning and ticketing platforms such as JIRA, Monday, and Confluence.

Prior experience in client relationship and engagement topics or retail is required. Experience in product management is preferred.

Internship agreement with a school or university is mandatory.
