Richemont Client Strategy Manager
Richemont, a distinguished conglomerate in the luxury goods sector, is renowned for its ownership of prestigious Maisons specializing in fine jewelry, exquisite watches, and premium accessories. - Collaborate with Maisons to understand their strategic objectives, business goals, and client needs.
- Summarize complex and varied information into cohesive, compelling stories through presentations, KPIs, and analysis.
- Leverage a design-driven model to bring ideas to life, considering market understanding, capabilities, and financial feasibility.
- Lead workshops, brainstorming sessions, and design sprints to facilitate ideation and problem-solving.
- Create compelling visual representations, including journey maps, personas, and prototypes, to communicate design concepts and strategies effectively.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions.
- Identify key best practices within Maisons and the industry to create awareness in the Richemont Client Community.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to Maisons based on market best practices and emerging trends.
- Set appropriate KPIs and measurement protocols to track the impact of initiatives.
- University degree with an outstanding academic record from a recognized university or business school.
- 3-5 years of experience in consulting, ideally with a leading consulting firm or digital/design agency.
- Strong marketing knowledge and expertise in CX design best practices and trends.
- Exceptional analytical, design, and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and work within multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience and passion for creating customer-centered experiences that solve business problems.
- Sound understanding of technology and emerging trends.
- Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
3-5 years of experience in consulting, ideally with a leading consulting firm or digital/design agency.
University degree with an outstanding academic record from a recognized university or business school.
