Richemont Client Relations Specialist

- Register and manage repair processes within the system.
- Prepare cost estimates and invoices for clients.
- Order and track spare parts and consumables, managing deliveries and returns.
- Coordinate with Boutiques and Logistics for third-party and overseas repairs.
- Monitor repair status and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure maintenance and communication of end-of-repair dates.
- Oversee service quality and participate in stock-take activities.
- Provide support and communication on processes, policies, and systems to internal and external networks.
- Identify training needs, develop curriculum, and coordinate training sessions.
- Conduct regular visits to Boutiques.
- Escalate issues affecting health and safety, compliance, performance, or client satisfaction to management.
- Participate in projects and initiatives to enhance performance objectives.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
- Proficiency in PC skills; SAP knowledge is advantageous.
- Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Creativity and a proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail while focusing on the broader picture.
- Capability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team player.
Proven experience in client relations, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
