Richemont Client Relations Specialist

- Engage with clients through telephone, email, live chats, and social media, ensuring the representation of prestigious brands.
- Facilitate online and phone sales to achieve set objectives.
- Provide detailed information on luxury brands and products, collecting customer feedback to maintain brand leadership.
- Collaborate with various teams including brands, repairs, after-sales, IT, and e-commerce.
- Process all required data accurately while maintaining confidentiality.
- Escalate urgent issues to the leadership team.
- Identify and report trends in customer satisfaction.
- Support usability and user acceptance tests for websites and e-Boutiques, reporting on system improvements.
- Adhere to company policies and represent the Group's professional image.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Proficiency in written Chinese and English.
- Experience in retail sales or customer service within the luxury or high-end goods sector, or contact centre/e-commerce activities.
- Customer service and sales orientation.
- PC literacy and experience with e-commerce and CRM tools.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Experience in retail sales or customer service in the luxury or high-end goods domain, or experience in contact centre/e-commerce related activities is required.
