1. Engage with clients through telephone, email, live chats, and social media, representing prestigious brands with integrity.
2. Facilitate online and phone sales to achieve set goals and objectives.
3. Deliver detailed information about brands and products, collecting valuable customer feedback to maintain brand leadership.
4. Collaborate with various teams, including brands, repairs, after-sales, IT, and e-Commerce, to ensure seamless operations.
5. Accurately process data while adhering to confidentiality and data processing guidelines.
6. Escalate emergency issues to the leadership team promptly.
7. Identify and report trends in customer satisfaction or dissatisfaction.
8. Support usability and user acceptance tests for websites and e-Boutiques, reporting system improvement findings.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, upholding the Group’s professional image.

1. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
2. Proficiency in written Chinese and English.

1. Customer service and sales orientation.
2. PC literacy and experience with e-Commerce and CRM tools.
3. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Experience in retail sales or customer service within the luxury or high-end goods domain, or in contact center/e-commerce related activities.
