- Provide exceptional client advisory services via phone and web-based channels, focusing on high-quality service.
- Educate clients and consistently exceed their expectations, fostering strong client relationships.
- Identify sales opportunities and enhance customer engagement through excellent customer service and commercial acumen.
- Become an expert on luxury products, tools, and procedures to deliver outstanding client experiences.
- Strong experience in providing outstanding customer support and exceeding client needs.
