1. Assist the Learning & Development Manager with various tasks and projects.
2. Coordinate, organize, and oversee major team events and external visits in collaboration with relevant departments.
3. Support departmental special projects and initiatives, ensuring effective coordination.
4. Provide seamless support to leadership teams.
5. Assist teams in day-to-day operations.
6. Organize and facilitate activities such as staff meetings, all-hands meetings, on-sites/off-sites, and team social events.
7. Ensure effective internal communication to promote activities and projects, leveraging the Richemont intranet for news and article publication.

1. Enrollment in a university program for the entire duration of the internship.

6. Affinity with the luxury industry.
7. Proficiency in English as the primary working language; additional languages are advantageous.

No specific prior experience required, but an affinity with the luxury industry is preferred.

Areas of study in communications or hospitality are preferred.
