Richemont Change Management Intern

- Assist with the planning and organization of events, workshops, and stakeholder meetings related to specific Atlassian initiatives.
- Prepare meeting materials, including agendas, slide decks, and handouts.
- Coordinate logistics such as scheduling, invitations, and follow-ups.
- Draft communications under the guidance of the assigned Change Manager.
- Support the creation of PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, and stakeholder updates.
- Compile data for reports and track team activities.
- Participate in team meetings and observe stakeholder engagement, communication strategies, and adoption practices.
- Take part in workshops or training sessions as a participant and assistant.
- Maintain team documentation and support scheduling and coordination across different stakeholders.
- Provide ad hoc assistance for changing projects as needed.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's program in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Internship agreement with your school/university mandatory.
- Ability to commit to a 6-month internship starting from 05/01/2026.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence) is a bonus.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team and engage positively with stakeholders.
No prior work experience is required, but any internship, volunteer, or project experience is a plus.
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's program in Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
