1. Gather and assess business requirements, evaluating them for business value and ROI.
2. Conduct impact assessments and identify dependencies.
3. Create detailed business analyses, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
4. Write and update functional specifications, wireframes, business rules, and data migration plans.
5. Ensure specifications are clearly communicated and understood by both business and technical teams.
6. Support QA and Test Managers in defining test strategies and verifying business requirements.
7. Review functional implications of technical decisions.
8. Facilitate decision-making and resolve conflicts related to requirements and solution design.
9. Lead workshops and design sessions to gather input and foster alignment.
10. Act as a subject matter expert on the business side of digital solutions.
11. Contribute actively to the Business Analyst Community of Practice.
12. Participate in Agile ceremonies as applicable.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in French or other languages is advantageous.

1. 4+ years of experience in a Business Analysis role.
2. Proven experience in writing functional specifications and user stories.
3. Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
4. Strong stakeholder management skills in matrix or project-based organizations.
5. Experience with Confluence, Jira, and Zephyr.
6. Familiarity with e-Commerce or content platforms is a plus.
7. Knowledge of service delivery and IT project management practices.
8. Technical aptitude and ease working in technology-driven environments.
9. IIBA certification is a plus.
10. Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
11. Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking.
12. Clear and professional communication across multicultural teams.
13. Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
14. Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced Agile environment.

A minimum of 4 years in a Business Analysis role, with a proven track record in writing functional specifications and user stories.
