Richemont Brand Strategy & Planning Coordinator

- Support the brand strategy and planning team in the development and execution of annual and seasonal brand plans, calendars and go‑to‑market initiatives.
- Coordinate cross‑functional workflows between marketing, retail, product, and regional teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and launches.
- Collect, synthesise and present market, competitor and performance data to inform strategic decisions and executive reporting.
- Prepare clear, executive‑grade presentations, briefing documents and performance dashboards for internal governance and stakeholder reviews.
- Track budgets, calendars and milestone timelines; flag risks and follow up on actions to maintain programme momentum.
- Organise and document meetings, governance forums and working groups; ensure accurate minute‑taking and distribution of next steps.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline preferred.
- Proven organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience preparing executive presentations.
- Commercial acumen and a basic understanding of retail and marketing P&L drivers.

Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience in brand strategy, marketing planning, retail planning or a related role; experience within the luxury, fashion or premium retail sectors is strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
