Richemont Brand Experience Intern

- Support planning and execution of experiential marketing initiatives and live brand activations across the New York market.
- Coordinate event logistics including venue liaison, vendor management, staffing, and on-site operations.
- Prepare creative assets and collateral in coordination with in-house teams and external agencies; assist with basic production oversight.
- Draft copy for invitations, event briefs and post-event communications; assist with guest lists and VIP relations.
- Assist with social content planning and live content capture for owned channels during activations.
- Track budgets, process invoices and maintain event documentation and post-event reports.
- Compile quantitative and qualitative post-activation analysis to measure impact and inform future programming.
- Perform administrative duties to support the Brand Experience team, including scheduling, meeting prep and asset management.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, Business or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable interest in luxury brands, experiential marketing and live events.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple concurrent tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; polished interpersonal skills for liaison with VIPs, agencies and suppliers.
- Availability for occasional evenings and weekend activations.

Internship-level role; prior internship or academic project experience in events, experiential marketing, retail or brand communications preferred. Hands-on exposure to live activations or agency collaboration is advantageous.
