Richemont Brand Controller

- Drive and support the regional FP&A teams in budgeting and planning processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial forecasts and strategic plans.
- Manage monthly performance reporting, ensuring data integrity and providing comprehensive financial and commercial analyses.
- Evaluate new investment opportunities, conducting risk assessments and financial analyses to align with strategic business directions.
- Ensure compliance with IAS/IFRS standards and collaborate with internal controls teams to maintain robust documentation and processes.
- Participate in local and regional projects, contributing to benchmarking analyses and presentations as required.
- University graduate with professional qualifications in Accounting (CPA/CA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in financial planning/controlling and accounting/auditing.
- Experience in matrix organizations, luxury, or retail industries is advantageous.
- Proficiency in SAP, Anaplan, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work independently in a matrix organization.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in deliverables.
A minimum of 5 years in financial planning, controlling, and accounting/auditing roles, preferably within matrix organizations or the luxury/retail sectors.
University degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA/CA preferred.
