Richemont Brand Controller

1. Own the full financial controlling cycle for the assigned brand(s) in the Hong Kong market: month‑end close, P&L analysis and balance sheet review.
2. Prepare and present accurate management reporting, variance analysis and actionable recommendations to commercial and regional leadership.
3. Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, driving assumptions, scenario analysis and reconciliation to corporate targets.
4. Partner with sales, merchandising and operations to translate commercial plans into financial metrics and to optimise margin performance.
5. Maintain and strengthen internal control frameworks, ensuring compliance with group policies and relevant accounting standards (IFRS).
6. Support pricing, promotional analysis and inventory cost control; evaluate commercial initiatives for profitability and ROI.
7. Coordinate with Group Finance, external auditors and tax advisors on reporting, statutory requirements and ad hoc financial projects.
8. Champion process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and reporting integrity.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline; professional qualification preferred (ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
2. Solid technical knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS) and financial control principles.
3. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence cross‑functional teams at all levels.
5. Meticulous attention to detail, high integrity and a continuous improvement mindset.

Typically 5+ years of progressive finance or controlling experience, ideally within luxury goods, retail or consumer goods. Demonstrable exposure to P&L ownership, budgeting/forecasting cycles and collaborative work with commercial teams is expected.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred.
