Richemont Brand Controller

- Own the full financial controlling cycle for the assigned brand(s) in the Hong Kong market: month‑end close, P&L analysis and balance sheet review.
- Prepare and present accurate management reporting, variance analysis and actionable recommendations to commercial and regional leadership.
- Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, driving assumptions, scenario analysis and reconciliation to corporate targets.
- Partner with sales, merchandising and operations to translate commercial plans into financial metrics and to optimise margin performance.
- Maintain and strengthen internal control frameworks, ensuring compliance with group policies and relevant accounting standards (IFRS).
- Support pricing, promotional analysis and inventory cost control; evaluate commercial initiatives for profitability and ROI.
- Coordinate with Group Finance, external auditors and tax advisors on reporting, statutory requirements and ad hoc financial projects.
- Champion process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency and reporting integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline; professional qualification preferred (ACCA, CIMA, CPA).
- Solid technical knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS) and financial control principles.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence cross‑functional teams at all levels.

Typically 5+ years of progressive finance or controlling experience, ideally within luxury goods, retail or consumer goods. Demonstrable exposure to P&L ownership, budgeting/forecasting cycles and collaborative work with commercial teams is expected.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA) preferred.
