1. Deliver a personalized, premium client experience by demonstrating expertise with curiosity and humility.
2. Foster genuine, long-term relationships with clients, making them feel valued and understood.
3. Support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking opportunities.
4. Consistently achieve and ideally exceed sales targets while adhering to retail guidelines.
5. Master key moments of the sales ceremony and handle negotiations and objections professionally.
6. Assist and support after-sales clients in accordance with the Brand's values.
7. Communicate passionately about the Brand, demonstrating extensive knowledge of its values, codes, and history.
8. Understand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures of the Group, Brand, and boutique.
9. Assist with daily set-up, breakdown, merchandising, and maintenance of the boutique.
10. Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts.
