- Deliver a personalized, premium client experience by demonstrating expertise with curiosity and humility.
- Foster genuine, long-term relationships with clients, making them feel valued and understood.
- Support and participate in in-store and offsite events and networking opportunities.
- Consistently achieve and ideally exceed sales targets while adhering to retail guidelines.
- Master key moments of the sales ceremony and handle negotiations and objections professionally.
- Assist and support after-sales clients in accordance with the Brand's values.
- Communicate passionately about the Brand, demonstrating extensive knowledge of its values, codes, and history.
- Understand and comply with all security and operational policies and procedures of the Group, Brand, and boutique.
- Assist with daily set-up, breakdown, merchandising, and maintenance of the boutique.
- Participate in daily and annual inventories and cycle counts.
- Proven ability to deliver personalized, premium client experiences.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in supporting daily boutique operations, including merchandising and inventory management.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a talent for building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage clients and tell compelling stories about the Brand.
- Proactive and adaptable mindset, staying informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Diligence in understanding and complying with operational policies, procedures, and security guidelines.
- Flexibility and a collaborative spirit to assist with special projects as required.
Experience in luxury retail sales with a focus on client relationship management and sales excellence.
