- Achieve sales targets and monitor KPIs to maximize boutique profitability.
- Develop and maintain a local clientele for the Sydney Boutique.
- Propose and implement dynamic action plans to meet sales targets.
- Establish partnerships with third parties to enhance business opportunities.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Act as an ambassador for the Maison, enhancing client relationships and CRM database.
- Initiate and manage PR events to promote boutique presence.
- Coach, train, and lead the boutique team with professionalism.
- Design optimal team organization and recruit suitable profiles.
- Manage performance, compensation, and development plans for staff.
- Prepare and present sales and operational reports to management.
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to maximize product exposure.
- Control boutique expenses and adhere to budget guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with brand initiatives, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock records.
- Maintain boutique cleanliness and adherence to grooming standards.
- Experience in the luxury timepieces sector in a similar position.
- Managerial experience in sales and customer service.
- Sales-driven mindset with quality leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Broad background in CRM activities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Knowledge of the local market and competitors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
Proven experience in a managerial role within the luxury timepieces sector, with a focus on sales and customer service.
