1. Lead day-to-day boutique operations, ensuring exemplary luxury customer service and adherence to brand standards.
2. Own boutique commercial performance and P&L, setting and delivering sales targets, KPI metrics and inventory objectives.
3. Recruit, coach and develop a high-performing sales and clienteling team; implement talent retention and career progression plans.
4. Cultivate and deepen high-value client relationships through personalised clienteling, events and after‑sales care.
5. Oversee visual merchandising, store presentation and client experience to reflect maison identity and seasonal directives.
6. Manage stock control, loss-prevention procedures and operational compliance with company policies and local regulations.
7. Collaborate with regional management and cross-functional teams (marketing, CRM, logistics) to execute local selling strategies and client acquisition initiatives.

1. Proven track record in luxury retail with responsibility for a boutique or flagship store.
2. Demonstrable commercial acumen with experience managing store P&L and meeting sales KPIs.
3. Strong leadership credentials with experience recruiting, coaching and developing retail teams.
4. Established clienteling skills and experience delivering personalised service to high‑net‑worth clientele.
5. Excellent organisational skills and capability to manage complex store operations and inventory.
