Richemont Assistant HR Manager - People Operations

- Continuously review and enhance Standard Operating Processes (SOPs) to align with Richemont and Maisons' strategies and local compliance requirements.
- Maintain and formalize policies and procedures to ensure operational consistency and effectiveness.
- Oversee payroll and administrative responsibilities, ensuring high-quality employee record maintenance and accurate data administration.
- Lead the team in executing HR operational processes to provide exceptional employee experiences throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Manage internal HR inquiries and ensure timely responses to employee queries related to HR and Payroll.
- Monitor compensation and benefits processes, including salary reviews, bonus processes, and insurance renewals.
- Ensure HR compliance by educating stakeholders and collaborating with compliance and audit teams.
- Lead HRIS and people operation-related projects, focusing on system enhancements and operational efficiencies.
- Manage a team, providing training, coaching, and feedback to support career development and job satisfaction.
- Degree qualified with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in People Operations in a management capacity.
- Solid knowledge of People Operations standards, including payroll, employment regulations, and HRIS systems.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with practical application.
- Strong leadership skills to guide and coach team members.
- Proficiency in building and managing relationships with stakeholders.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in People Operations, including management responsibilities.
Degree qualified in a relevant field.
