Richemont Administrative Assistant
Richemont, a prestigious conglomerate in the luxury goods sector, encompasses a portfolio of renowned brands. Varinor, a subsidiary, specializes in providing semi-finished products to the watchmaking and jewelry markets, holding the esteemed Essayeur-fondeur patent.
- Ensure clear and precise communication with clients to understand their needs and convey necessary information.
- Validate article information, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare and follow up on commercial offers in collaboration with the sales team.
- Manage documents related to the preferential origin of products, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
- Draft and update tariff documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Enter and update data in SAP, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Possession of a CFC in commerce or an equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar role within an industrial environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer tools.
- Familiarity with industrial management tools such as ERP (SAP preferred).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Dynamic and personable demeanor.
A minimum of initial experience in a similar administrative role within an industrial setting is required.
