Richemont Accounts Payable Specialist

- Process vendor invoices accurately and timely in accordance with company policies.
- Manage and organize vendor invoices received via email and SAP VIM.
- Download and manage invoices from vendor websites.
- Coordinate with buyers to ensure vendor registration in the SAP system.
- Ensure all invoices include reference numbers and proof of delivery or service.
- Prevent duplicate payments through diligent review processes.
- Reconcile vendor statements of accounts regularly.
- Ensure buyers perform Good Receipt (GR) in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively with vendors regarding invoice-related matters.
- Review and manage e-invoices.
- Prepare payment proposals and execute payment run clearings.
- Verify and approve vendor master data entries and updates.
- Review and validate Concur Expense claims for compliance with company policies.
- Provide guidance and training on Concur Expense and Travel systems.
- Assist with monthly AP aging and GL reconciliation.
- Support monthly accounts payable closing tasks.
- Prepare and reclassify journals as needed.
- Collaborate with logistics on freight expense matters.
- Provide support to the Finance Team as needed.
- Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- 0 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an MNC or large accounting firm.
- Strong accounting knowledge with problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to automate templates.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SAP or similar accounting software is advantageous.
