Richemont Accounts Payable Specialist

1. Allocate and record invoices, both with and without Purchase Orders.
2. Control and manage expense reports.
3. Perform control and reconciliations of ledger accounts.
4. Manage payment requests and supplier master data changes.
5. Register payments upon closure of each transitional account.
6. Handle payment reminders from suppliers.
7. Conduct month-end and year-end reporting activities for the Group.
8. Manage and monitor investment requests (Capex) in collaboration with the Controlling Team.
9. Oversee accounting and management of fixed asset books.

1. Solid experience in General Accounting and/or Accounts Payable.
2. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in French is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Knowledge of SAP is beneficial.
3. Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Outstanding communication skills.
6. Positive, team-oriented attitude.
7. Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Substantial experience in General Accounting and/or Accounts Payable is required.
