Richemont Accounts Payable Specialist

1. Allocate and record invoices with and without Purchase Orders.
2. Control and reconcile ledger accounts.
3. Manage payment requests and supplier master data changes.
4. Register payments upon closure of each transitional account.
5. Manage payment reminders from suppliers.
6. Conduct month-end and year-end reporting for the Group.
7. Collaborate with the Controlling Team on investment requests (Capex).
8. Account and manage fixed asset books.

1. Solid experience in General Accounting and/or Accounts Payable.
2. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in French is a plus.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset.
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
5. Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexibility and reliability.

Candidates should possess substantial experience in General Accounting and/or Accounts Payable.
