1. Process VIM invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Ensure all invoices include the correct reference number and proof of delivery or service.
3. Reconcile Vendor's Statement of Accounts (SOA).
4. Communicate effectively with vendors regarding invoice and related matters.
5. Download and manage invoices.
6. Perform reclassification and prepare journal entries.
7. Assist with Accounts Payable closing tasks.
8. Collaborate with Logistics on freight expense matters.
9. Support the Finance Team through a buddy system.
10. Handle other ad-hoc tasks as required.

1. Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

1. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
3. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
4. High level of integrity and responsibility.
5. Eagerness to learn and adapt.

No prior experience required, but a keen interest in finance and accounting is essential.

Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Internship allowance provided.

Structured internship experience with mentorship from experienced finance professionals.
