- Assist the Project Manager in executing Group projects focused on process innovation and efficiency, including initiatives involving Looker, Celonis, and Robotic Process Automation.
- Analyze existing processes to identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
- Support extraordinary activities related to migration or incorporation operations of Group companies, emphasizing procedural impacts.
- Contribute to ordinary activities with a focus on continuous process optimization.
- Collaborate in developing and implementing reports and dashboards for monitoring process performance and Accounts Payable KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in economics, engineering, statistics, mathematics, or a Master's degree in Data Science or similar fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access.
- Advanced Excel skills, including PowerQuery and PowerPivot.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python is advantageous.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
- Interest in technological innovation and process automation.
No prior experience required, but a strong interest in project management and process improvement within a finance context is essential.
Bachelor's degree or ongoing studies in relevant fields.
