Richemont Accounts Executive

- Manage vendor invoices with precision, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Coordinate with buyers for vendor registration in SAP and ensure reference numbers are imprinted on invoices.
- Review and prevent duplicate payments to vendors, conducting reconciliations against vendor statements of accounts.
- Verify vendor master data accuracy and validate MDG Supplier request tickets promptly.
- Validate Concur expense claims for compliance with T&E policy and ensure proper authorization and documentation.
- Oversee Capex management, ensuring timely capitalisation and closing for fixed assets, and manage asset disposals.
- Prepare monthly reports on open purchase orders without invoice receipts and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Provide user support, acting as a contact point for resolving PO/MDG Supplier/CONCUR issues and conduct regular training sessions.
- Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational corporation or large accounting firm.
- Strong accounting knowledge with problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to automate templates for efficiency.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems, such as SAP.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and adaptability to a matrix organization.
- Proactive, innovative, organized, and meticulous with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
2 to 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a multinational corporation or large accounting firm. Fresh degree holders may be considered.
Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
