Richemont Accounting Supervisor

- Oversee the timely financial closing process, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Group guidelines.
- Advise Maisons and support functions on appropriate accounting treatments for transactions and business drivers.
- Prepare journal entries and support daily accounts payable and general ledger operations with precision and punctuality.
- Review and process vendor payments, SAP Concur, duty tax, withholding tax payments, and Capex accounting treatments.
- Fulfill external and internal reporting requirements, including group and management reporting for Maisons and support functions.
- Manage a full set of accounts and provide insightful variance analysis.
- Support statutory audits and tax compilations in collaboration with external auditors.
- Drive process improvement projects aligned with business needs, enhancing process efficiency and compliance.
- Participate in ad-hoc finance projects as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in business English communication, both written and verbal.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
- Strong compliance mindset.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective time management skills.
- Process-driven and systematic approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- High stress tolerance.
Over 10 years of experience in FMCG, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, audit, and leadership roles.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
