1. Oversee the timely financial closing process, ensuring compliance with IFRS and Group guidelines.
2. Advise Maisons and support functions on appropriate accounting treatments for transactions and business drivers.
3. Prepare journal entries and support daily accounts payable and general ledger operations with precision and punctuality.
4. Review and process vendor payments, SAP Concur, duty tax, withholding tax payments, and Capex accounting treatments.
5. Fulfill external and internal reporting requirements, including group and management reporting for Maisons and support functions.
6. Manage a full set of accounts and provide insightful variance analysis.
7. Support statutory audits and tax compilations in collaboration with external auditors.
8. Drive process improvement projects aligned with business needs, enhancing process efficiency and compliance.
9. Participate in ad-hoc finance projects as required.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in business English communication, both written and verbal.
2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
3. Experience with SAP is preferred.
4. Strong compliance mindset.
5. Attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Effective time management skills.
7. Process-driven and systematic approach.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
9. High stress tolerance.

Over 10 years of experience in FMCG, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, audit, and leadership roles.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field.
