Richemont Accounting Assistant

- Process daily retail operations and provide guidance on issues arising from boutiques.
- Perform timely and accurate receipt posting and clearing.
- Coordinate with banks, boutique staff, and internal requestors to resolve daily receiving issues.
- Conduct training for boutique staff on RFBO activities, including retail operation workflows and new project implementations.
- Prepare month-end closing tasks related to finance responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery to the Finance Manager.
- Ensure compliance with group policies, procedures, and anti-money laundering regulations.
- Review and verify the completeness of controls related to daily retail operations.
- Review boutique daily sales documentation and day-end reports.
- Provide weekly updates and reports within assigned responsibility areas.
- Generate accurate and timely monthly and quarterly reports for management.
- Coordinate and implement upcoming projects related to RFBO activities.
- Participate in process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.
- Support other ad-hoc tasks as delegated.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 2-3 years in RFBO/AR.
- 2-3 years of audit experience is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with high accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional, multicultural team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
A minimum of 5 years in the accounting field, with specific experience in RFBO/AR and audit preferred.
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
