1. Coordinate and monitor physical inventory processes.
2. Manage inventory transactions, including stock adjustments and provisions.
3. Execute month-end and year-end closing adjustments.
4. Support external audit processes.
5. Enhance systems and procedures, initiating corrective actions as necessary.
6. Lead projects focused on digitalization, paperless operations, and process simplification.
7. Integrate and upgrade financial systems.
8. Develop and implement new business processes and schemes.

1. Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a business environment or equivalent.

1. Meticulous attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
2. Intermediate proficiency in English communication and writing.
3. Strong team-player with excellent relationship-building skills.
4. Knowledge of J-GAAP, tax regulations, and IFRS.
5. Proficiency in Excel and financial systems, with adaptability to new environments.
6. Experience with SAP is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in accounting within a business setting is preferred.
