1. Manage daily orders and deliveries of jewelry pieces.
2. Oversee a portfolio of manufacturing workshops for all jewelry collections.
3. Optimize processes to ensure timely product delivery in line with commercial needs and the Maison's development plan.
4. Place orders for finished products as defined by the Supply team.
5. Monitor order and delivery tracking, maintaining weekly supplier contact and communicating production priorities.
6. Integrate finished products into the ERP system.
7. Alert teams in case of delivery delays.
8. Monitor production indicators such as service rates and lead times.
9. Verify and control costing prices on invoices.
10. Coordinate stone shipments to workshops, including entrusted items and packaging.
11. Track entrusted stones with workshops, conducting monthly follow-ups and occasional inventories.
12. Participate in cross-departmental projects.
13. Interact with various departments including Sales Administration, Quality Service, Product Development, and Supply Chain.
14. Maintain regular contact with suppliers, including site visits.

1. Interest in the jewelry industry.
2. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork ability.
3. Understanding of deadlines and customer satisfaction imperatives.
4. Proficiency in written and spoken English; Italian proficiency is advantageous.
5. Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning.
