1. Recruit, train, and manage a team of Client Advisors, fostering a collaborative work environment.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the client base in the UK market.
3. Ensure exceptional client experiences, fostering long-term customer loyalty.
4. Oversee boutique operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising.
5. Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying REPOSSI's values and history.
6. Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including Harrods management.
7. Set and monitor KPIs, analyze sales data, and report on store performance.
8. Contribute to the development of the commercial retail strategy in London and the UK.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail management, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role.
2. Existing client network and experience at Harrods is advantageous.
3. Demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
4. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong business acumen and understanding of the luxury market.
