- Manage and coordinate press shoppings, KOL, VIP, and logistical follow-ups in France and internationally.
- Provide daily support to agencies in the US, UK, Japan, Korea, and the Middle East.
- Coordinate international media plans and dispatch assets.
- Compile the monthly press review (DMR).
- Dispatch mailings and update press contacts in the LaunchMetrics database.
- Assist in creating press materials and reporting.
- Participate in organizing all Maison events, including dinners, collection launches, Fashion Weeks, and press days.
- Enrolled in a business school program (Bac+4/5) or equivalent.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Proactive approach.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Product sensitivity, creativity, and luxury market knowledge are advantageous.
- Familiarity with Social Baker/Emplifi, Facebook Manager, and/or Shopify is beneficial.
- Proficiency in InDesign and/or Photoshop is advantageous.
Entry-level experience required.
Currently pursuing a business school degree (Bac+4/5) or equivalent.
