1. Oversee supply chain operations, including order placement and product reception within scheduled timelines.
2. Update and manage delivery schedules, coordinating with the sales administration team for production tracking and prioritization of billing needs.
3. Optimize the dispatch of components necessary for order fulfillment.
4. Conduct monthly inventories of stones entrusted to workshops and ensure their accurate tracking.
5. Manage inventory responsibilities and engage in due diligence and sourcing projects for raw materials.
6. Serve as the primary contact for product deliveries within Repossi, fostering relationships with workshops through regular meetings and performance reviews.
7. Manage quality assurance projects, including targeted action plans to enhance product quality and reduce rejection rates.
8. Oversee the customer service coordinator and ensure synergy with quality control for stock inspections.
9. Collaborate on budget monitoring with the supply chain and finance teams, ensuring cost-effective production.
10. Lead a team of three, promoting teamwork within the production department and across related departments.

1. Degree in Engineering or equivalent with a focus on supply chain, quality, or development.
2. Sensitivity to jewelry craftsmanship and techniques.
3. 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
4. Results-oriented with strong teamwork skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
5. Proficiency in written and spoken English; Italian is a plus.
6. Willingness to travel regularly.
7. Immediate availability for a permanent position.
