Repossi Group Accounting Manager

Repossi is a high-end jewelry house that has been perpetuating the creative family heritage for three generations. Founded in Turin in 1957 by Costantino Repossi, the brand has expanded internationally under Alberto Repossi and is now anchored in Paris's Place Vendôme, blending modern art and architecture with traditional jewelry excellence.

1. Supervise general and auxiliary accounting for the headquarters and one subsidiary.
2. Coordinate accounting for four international subsidiaries and maintain communication between headquarters and points of sale.
3. Ensure payroll accounting and reconciliation with external payroll providers.
4. Prepare group financial statements and management accounts in compliance with IFRS.
5. Participate in budget preparation and revisions with management control.
6. Act as the main contact for auditors, accountants, and tax authorities.
7. Optimize analytical accounting settings for financial and operational analysis.
8. Supervise direct and indirect tax declarations.
9. Manage daily cash flow monitoring and payment planning.
10. Oversee client payment collections for wholesale activities.
11. Implement and monitor transfer pricing policies.
12. Enhance internal controls in a growing company environment.
13. Digitize accounting processes, including e-invoicing and e-reporting.

1. Higher diploma in accounting and financial studies (DESCF/DSCG or DECF/DCG).

3. Adaptability to operational needs of a small company.
4. Ability to adapt to changes and propose new ideas and solutions.
5. Proficient in English for supervising foreign subsidiaries.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and various ERP and accounting software like Sage 100.

Minimum 10 years of experience in an accounting firm or SME/SMI.

Higher diploma in accounting and financial studies (DESCF/DSCG or DECF/DCG).

Management of one accounting assistant.
