1. Present and showcase exquisite jewelry and high-jewelry creations to discerning clientele within the boutique environment, providing an exceptional and personalized experience.
2. Cultivate and expand a robust client portfolio through proactive engagement, diligent follow-up, and strategic loyalty-building initiatives, utilizing provided CRM tools effectively.
3. Develop and nurture a network of influential business contacts and personal shoppers to expand brand reach and generate new sales opportunities.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day administration of the boutique, adhering to operational standards.

1. Demonstrable experience within a luxury retail environment, preferably with exposure to high-end goods.
2. Strong entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating initiative and sound commercial acumen to drive sales and exceed targets.
3. Dynamic and proactive approach to work, coupled with meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering punctuality.
