1. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, including reporting to the Swatch Group
2. Generate sales reports
3. Review and authorize payment of recorded invoices
4. Manage accounts receivable, including credit management and dunning processes
5. Create and monitor recurring entries
6. Maintain the parent company's contract database
7. Handle tax matters, including VAT
8. Develop and update internal control system work instructions
9. Compile various statistics

1. Commercial education with further training in finance, such as a certified accountant or equivalent

1. Proficiency in German and English, with French as an advantage
2. Experience with SAP is beneficial
