Renata Sales Operations Coordinator

- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding order fulfillment, product pricing, inventory availability, and general inquiries.
- Support new account openings and closures, ensuring all necessary paperwork and approvals are processed.
- Enter purchase orders and shipment notes for all incoming shipments, maintaining comprehensive shipment logs.
- Analyze retail sales trends and propose monthly actions to support sales objectives.
- Determine inventory needs by network and coordinate replenishment orders.
- Process credit memos as required and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate all aspects of Bill of Materials and oversee warehouse inventory levels.
- Submit return authorizations for approvals, enter into SAP, and maintain files.
- Review orders for accuracy in products, pricing, terms, and shipment information, ensuring compliance with audit and policy requirements.
- Collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and Distribution departments to ensure timely completion, invoicing, and payment of orders.
- Coordinate the opening of new accounts, ensuring completeness and accuracy of customer applications and approvals.
- Work closely with the credit department to fulfill credit requirements before processing orders or opening new accounts.
- Confirm order qualifications against predefined rates and promotions, notifying customers of any changes as directed by management.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; College Degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, and sales in a similar position.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn company-specific software such as SAP.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently.
- Organized, accurate, thorough, and quality-focused.
- Ability to adhere to deadlines and respond to inquiries promptly.
