Production Mechanic

1. Monitor, operate, retrofit, start up, and maintain production equipment
2. Participate in the operational production process
3. Ensure technical availability of production equipment
4. Conduct fault analysis and troubleshooting
5. Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment
6. Inspect and monitor product specifications
7. Responsible for achieving qualitative and quantitative targets
8. Continuously optimize production processes to increase productivity while maintaining required quality
9. Train new employees for quick onboarding and provide ongoing training in operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment

1. Completed vocational training as a production mechanic
2. In-depth knowledge and several years of experience in operating equipment
3. Basic PC skills in Office applications (Word and Excel)

1. Good technical understanding and experience in a production company
2. Analytical skills, teamwork ability, resilience, and precise working method
3. Reliability, flexibility, assertiveness, and responsibility
4. Willingness to work in shifts
