1. Promote the Industrial, Medical, and Consumer portfolio to OEM clients.
2. Identify customer needs and product requirements, assisting in product proposals and selection.
3. Collaborate closely with the sales team and departments of product development and quality.
4. Specify reference applications for target markets and contribute to a comprehensive understanding of customer use cases.
5. Drive the design-in and design-win process, identifying new opportunities and solutions, and provide first-level technical support during RFQs and technical discussions with clients.
6. Contribute to competitive analyses of rival products.
7. Co-organize and conduct technical customer meetings and workshops, including trade shows.
8. Participate in the definition of new products.
9. Provide technical advice and training to internal teams.
10. Conduct measurements and laboratory work to support technical inquiries.
11. Create specifications and datasheets.
12. Prepare and support trade shows and events.

1. Successfully completed degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field.

1. Ideally, several years of experience in an electronics-related field.
2. Proficiency with laboratory equipment, measurement devices, and electrical engineering tools for practical application support.
3. Experience and knowledge of batteries are advantageous.
4. Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages are an asset.
5. Highly flexible, self-motivated, and extroverted personality, capable of inspiring and motivating others.
6. Willingness to travel (approximately 10%).

Several years of experience in an electronics-related field are ideal.

Degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable field.
