Rado Watchmaker - Production & Customer Service

- Assemble and repair watches with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure quality standards are met.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain and calibrate watchmaking tools and equipment.
- Document production and service activities accurately.
- Certification in watchmaking or a related field.
- Proven experience in watch assembly and repair.
- Strong understanding of watch components and mechanics.
- Exceptional attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Proficiency in using watchmaking tools and equipment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in watchmaking or a similar role.
Certification in watchmaking or a related technical field.
