1. Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding Rado products.
2. Diagnose and resolve technical issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical issues.
5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.

1. Proven experience in a technical support or advisory role, preferably in the luxury goods sector.
2. Strong understanding of watchmaking and technical specifications of timepieces.
3. Excellent communication skills in German and English; French is a plus.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
