- Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in watches or jewelry.

- Strong sales acumen and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and retail management systems.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset.
Minimum of 3 years in a luxury retail environment, with a focus on client advisory roles.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in sales or marketing is advantageous.
