Rado Sales Vice President Assistant

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President of Sales.
- Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate communication and project execution.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and manage records efficiently.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably within the luxury goods or watchmaking industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
