1. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Vice President of Sales.
2. Coordinate and manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
3. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
4. Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate communication and project execution.
5. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and manage records efficiently.

1. Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
2. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
2. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably within the luxury goods or watchmaking industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
