1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in retail coordination or a similar role within the luxury sector.
3. Strong understanding of retail operations and sales strategies.

2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail coordination or a similar role within the luxury fashion or watchmaking industry is required.
