- Develop and manage production schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and resource allocation.

- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production planning within the manufacturing sector, preferably in the luxury goods industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes and supply chain management principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various departments.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning, ideally within the luxury watch or related industry.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
