1. Develop and manage production schedules to ensure optimal efficiency and timely delivery of products.
2. Coordinate with various departments to align production plans with business objectives.
3. Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes in demand or resource availability.
4. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
5. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the production process.

1. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in production planning or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Strong understanding of production processes and supply chain management.
