1. Coordinate and manage the order processing cycle from receipt to delivery.
2. Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to meet demand.
4. Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues efficiently.
5. Prepare and analyze reports on order status and performance metrics.

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. Proven experience in order management or a similar role within the luxury goods sector.

1. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in order management or a related field, preferably within the luxury fashion or watchmaking industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
